One Year Term Commitment

Effective February 10, 2003, all new SBC DSL circuit orders will have a one-year term commitment. Discontinuing DSL service prior to the end of this one-year term will result in a $125.00 early termination fee.

About DSL

Basic DSL: 384k-1.5m / 128k The perfect solution for a family or small business, Basic DSL service is our standard offering. In addition to the standard features listed above, this account type provides connection speeds up to 1.5mbps download speeds and 128kbps upload speeds, and 1 or 4 static IP addresses.

Enhanced Bridged DSL: 1.5m-6.0m / 384k Need even more speed? In addition to the standard features listed above, our Enhanced Bridged DSL service offers a blazing 1.5Mbps to 6Mbps for download speeds and 384kbps upload speeds, and an 8 IP address block! This service type is excellent for a medium-sized business or for the serious power user!

Enhanced Routed DSL: 1.5m - 6.0m /384k This is the ultimate setup for your full-sized business. Enhanced Routed DSL provides the basic features listed above, and the same speeds as our Enhanced DSL service, but it includes a 32 IP address block and a full-featured Router.

Pricing Information

Equipment provided by Sonic.net for Primary, Basic, Basic+, Symmetric, and Enhanced DSL circuits has a one-time cost of $99.00 plus applicable sales tax, plus $6.40 shipping and handling. If a PCI ethernet card (NIC) is required, there is an additional $9.95 equipment fee with associated sales tax.

If for reasons beyond the control of the customer Sonic.net is unable to provide a DSL circuit, we will accept returned equipment in new condition. Sonic.net will replace any faulty equipment within one year.

Installation & Requirements DSL Self install Information:

Quick Start Guide for Customer Self-Install of DSL The service activation for your DSL service will be free if you "self-install" your service. If you have problems with your self-install and require the assistance of an ASI technician to complete it, a fee of $150.00 per technician visit will be assessed.
