All Cobalt RaQs come with more than 10 gigabytes of hard disk, and provide a complete web administration interface, which reduces all administrative tasks to simple point and click operations. The entry level RaQ 3 is suggested for sites that get several hundred hits per day with some cgi scripting. This turnkey solution for will grow with your company, as it has enough horsepower to handle serious web traffic. The RaQ 3i offers a PCI slot, a second ethernet interface, and an external SCSI bus. The 3i is good for sites receiving thousands of hits per day, with some cgi. Demanding users may prefer the RaQ 4r, which provides serious computing power for sites receiving tens of thousands of hits per day (even with intense cgi applications). The Raq 4r sports 20 gigabytes of redundant RAID hard disks, 256 megabytes of RAM, dual ethernet, SCSI, and a PCI slot. Time to launch with Cobalt RaQ systems can be as quick as content development.

The Cobalt RaQs are capable of hosting virtual server (multihomed) sites as well, which makes the RaQ even more versatile. Each RaQ can host multiple domains, serve email, and perform all the functions of any Linux machine, all in a single rack unit.
