Account Description
This account resides under a main account such as Basic Internet Access,
ISDN, Business or Business Advantage. While a main account gives you
dialup, ISDN or DSL access to the internet, as well as providing you at
least 1 email account, an add-on E-mail account will provide you with 4
additional mailboxes, which are used as a storage place for email as it
arrives at Sonic's mail servers. We sell them in blocks of 4.
Why Get An Email Only Account
This is a reasonably priced option for families or small businesses who want
to have separate email boxes for each person. Each person can set up
their own E-Mail program to check their own boxes.
Requirements
Basic Internet Service,
ISDN,
Business or
Business Advantage account. Please note that some accounts already
come with additional free E-Mail mailboxes, please check your account type
info for details. If you have free E-Mail mailboxes due to you, the
automated setup in the User Tools will not ask you for a credit card
number.
How to Sign Up
Please go to the Sonic Account
Manager and use the Mailbox Management Tool to add and remove mailbox
accounts.
Additional Account Information
To prevent Spamming there is a limit of 100 messages per day.
There is an additional charge of $0.25 per message over that.
